Guys, if you're having trouble, I have all the fixes here: 1. If you cannot open the "Scans" folder due to no permission, go to Settings > Update and security > Recovery. then click on the second button that says "restart now". Once it opens your BIOS (a blue menu), choose the "Startup settings" option, then wait and click the little button that says "Restart". after your PC has restarted, choose the 4th option (click 4 on your keyboard) and once your PC boots up, you can access the "Scans" folder (Note: to exit safe mode, just reboot your PC) 2. If you deleted everything but it didn't work and the history is still there, there is only 1 solution: You most likely didn't delete the "Service" folder while deleting everything, if you're not able to delete it because it's used by another process, just open the folder and delete all the content there. if it fails to delete the "Detections.log" file because it is used by another process, reboot your pc, go to safe mode again, and try deleting the file again. If none of this works which is VERY VERY unlikely, then you must try other fixes. If even those don't work, then I have no idea
